GoSumsel – Mempersiapkan Launching Mall Pelayanan Terpadu pada tanggal 18 September 2019 mendatang, Walikota Palembang Harnojoyo meminta jajaran OPD terkait untuk segera memastikan keterpaduan di mall tersebut sudah bisa berjalan.
Hal ini ditegaskan Orang nomor satu di Kota Palembang, saat menerima kunjungan Deputi Pelayanan Publik Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Prof. Dr. Diah Natalisa di rumah dinas Walikota Palembang, Senin (4/2).
“Jadi 18 September itu kita bukan meresmikan gedungnya atau pelayanannya, tapi yang kita resmikan itu keterpaduan pelayanannya, saya tidak ingin nanti sudah di launching, tapi pelayanan disana belum sepenuhnya terpadu,”jelas mantan Ketua DPRD Kota ini.
Terkait hal tersebut, Politisi Demokrat ini langsung menugaskan Sekda Kota Palembang bersama OPD terkait untuk membuat tim khusus.
“Pak Sekda dan OPD terkait segera bentuk tim khusus, saya ingin dalam beberapa minggu ini sudah dilaksanakan MoU dengan seluruh instansi maupun swasta yang akan kita integrasikan dalam mall pelayanan terpadu tersebut,”Tegas Harnojoyo.
Lebih lanjut Harnojoyo mengatakan, mall pelayanan terpadu ini nanti benar-benar dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat.
“Jadi benar-benar Mall yang memanjakan masyarakat, seluruh pelayanan terpadu satu tempat didisana, mulai dari pelayanan pemerintahan maupun swasta seperti bank, asuransi, dan lainnya, dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang sangat baik, seperti rumah makan, cafe, dll,” Kata Harnojoyo.
Sementara itu, Deputi Pelayanan Publik Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Prof. Dr Diah Natalisa mengatakan, sebelum di launching, mall pelayanan terbadu tersebut sudah benar-benar siap 100 persen.
“Masyarakat kita kalau mendengar kata-kata mall tentu dalam benaknya tempat yang nyaman dan lengkap, saya minta dimatangkan semuanya, mulai dari teknis sampai non teknis, samapai pada parkir kendaraan dan kebersihannya,”tandasnya.(gS1)
