Mosi Tidak Percaya, Peradi RBA Gelar Muscablub, Alex Noven Tepilih Ketua

Alex Noven terima amanah hasil Muscablub

GoSumsel – Mosi tidak percaya, disampaikan dalam anggota, dalam Rapat Pleno Dan Musyarawah Cabang Luar Biasa (Muscablub), Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Peradi RBA Palembang.

Hal tersebut disampaikan pimpinan Sidang Muscablub, Sudirman Hamidi, kepada awak media seusai rapat Muscablub di hotel Swarnadwipa, Minggu (19/5).

Dikatakannya bahwa, mosi tidak percaya tersebut ada beberapa hal yang tidak sesuai dengan tatanan organisasi.

“ Yang jelas itu, persoalan keuangan selama beberapa tahun beliau jadi ketua tidak transparan, bahkanada hasil dari pihak ketiga yang disetor ke rekening ke DPC Peradi, seluruh anggota dan pengurus tidak mengetahuinya, beberapa kali pengurus meminta kepada saudara taufik untuk melakukan dialog klarifikasi, kalaupun ada bantuan dari pihak ketiga, kemana uangnya, itu asal mulanya,”ungkapnya.

Dalam Musdalub ini terpilih Alex Noven sebagai ketua Peradi RBA mengantikan Ketua lama Taufik Husni, Alex Noven sebelumnya menjabat Wakil Ketua Peradi Kota Palembang.

Usai di pilih, Alex Noven mengungkapkan bahwa dasar pertama dilakukan musdalub ini adalah mosi tidak percaya terhadap Ketua Preadi RBA Palembang, Taufik Husni.

Dalam menjalanikan roda organisasi ternyata tidak sesuai AD/ART “Ada banyaknya penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang tidak sesuai dengan AD/ART,” ucap Alex Noven yang di dampingan Sekretaris DPC Peradi RBA, Anton Noerdin dan Bendahara.

Setelah terpilih, yang akan dilakukan Alex Noven akan melanjutkan visi dan misi yang sesuai amanat muscablub, terkait apa yang telah dilakukan oleh Taufik Husni, Alex Noven menjelaskan akan membahas secara Internal.

“Kita lihat secara faktanya, kalau memang itu ada sisi pelanggaran hukumnya, nanti secara internal, kita rapatkan, kalau memang mau dibawa keranah hukum, nanti dengan sekjen akan kita laksanakan,” ungkapnya.

Terpisah, Ketua Peradi RBA Kota Palembang, Taufik Husni bersekukuh menyatakan dirinya masih sebagai ketua Peradi RBA Palembang dan menyatakan bahwa yang melaksanakan Muscablub itu adala ilegal dan liar

“Kalau ada Musdalub itu jelas liar, karena di organisasi ini ada mekanisme dan aturan AD/ART, apa yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang ini jelas liar dan ilegal,” ungkap Taufik saat dihubungi Detik Sumsel Minggu (19/5).

Taufik Husni mengungkapakan akan membuat laporan ke DPN, bahwa mereka diminta untuk di pecat.

“Mengingat mereka satu,mereka sudah memalsukan kop surat atas nama DPC,Sementara aku di DPC, SK aku sampai saat ini masih sah menjadi ketua DPC Peradi Palembang belum dicabut, belum ada perintah dari DPN akan dilaksanakan muscablub dan apapun,”tegasnya

“Saya masih sah menjadi ketua Peradi RBA Palembang, mereka memalsukan cap, memalsukan kop surat, dan mengatasanamak DPC Peradi mengundang untuk melakukan rapat pleno dan muscablub, dan akan aku pidanakan,”tungkasnya (gS2)
