GoSumsel – Sebagai salah satu layanan transportasi terdepan, PT Gojek Indonesia memberikan perlindungan menyeluruh bagi pelanggan dan mitra pengemudi atas risiko yang terjadi di jalan raya.

Dengan berkolaborasi bersama Jasa Raharja, Gojek melakukan sosialisasi perlindungan asuransi kecelakaan bagi layanan GoCar pada hari ini Kamis (14/11).

Kepedulian GOJEK terhadap pelanggan dan mitra pengemudi ini diperkuat melalui keunggulan Jasa Raharja yang secara proaktif memantau, menemukan, dan menindaklanjuti laporan sehingga proses klaim bisa dilakukan dengan cepat dan mudah.

Kepada awak media, Head of Regional Corporate Affairs Sumatera Gojek Teuku Parvinanda Handriawan mengatakan, sebagai pemain satu-satunya yang menggandeng Jasa Raharja di industri, GOJEK menghadirkan layanan transportasi yang paling aman bagi masyarakat.

“Kami ingin memastikan seluruh mitra pengemudi dapat bekerja mencari nafkah dengan tenang karena sudah terlindungi dengan baik,”jelasnya

Di dalam kolaborasi ini Lanjutnya, Gojek berperan untuk membantu dan memfasilitasi penghimpunan serta penyaluran Iuran Wajib kepada Jasa Raharja secara nasional.

“Perlindungan yang diberikan meliputi risiko kecelakaan, meninggal dunia dan cacat tetap, serta penggantian atas biaya perawatan, biaya pemakaman, biaya P3K dan biaya ambulans – bagi mitra pengemudi, penumpang, serta pihak ketiga,” bebernya.

Ditempat yang sama, Kepala Divisi Asuransi Jasa Raharja Moh. Evert Yulianto mengatakan, kolaborasi Gojek dengan Jasa Raharja merupakan bagian dari tiga (3) pilar inisiatif keamanan yang selama ini telah Gojek jalankan yakni, pilar pencegahan, perlindungan serta penanganan yang sigap dan responsive.

“Ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan GoCar punya komitmen yang sejalan dengan pemerintah lewat diberlakukannya Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 118 Tahun 2018 tentang Angkutan Sewa Khusus (ASK), di mana standar keamanan dan keselamatan menjadi salah satu poin utama dalam peraturan tersebut,”tandasnya.(gS4)
