Koordinator AMSS Dilaporkan Tim Advokasi Dirut RSMH Atas Dugaan Menebar Kebencian dan Fitnah

GoSumsel – Terkait aksi demo di halaman Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumsel, dalam dugaan korupsi pembangunan gedung baru Rumah Sakit Umum Dr Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, yang dilakukan Aliansi Masyarakat Sumatera Selatan (AMSS) pada Selasa (12/11) kemarin.

Tim advokasi direktur utama rumah sakit umum Dr Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, Jum’at (15/11) melaporkan koordinator aksi demo yang dilakukan Aliansi Masyarakat Sumatera Selatan (AMSS) ke Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polda Sumsel.

Ketua tim advokasi Rumah Sakit Umum Dr Mohammad Hoesin Palembang, Muhammad Edy Siswanto SH MH didampingi Husni Chandra SH MH, Iir Sugiarto SH mengatakan dalam orasinya saat aksi demo koordinator aksi AMSS Rubi Indiarta yang digelar digedung Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumsel, diduga sudah menebar kebencian dan fitnah serta penistaan dengan menuduh direktur RS umum Dr Mohammad Hoesin Palembang sebagai mafia proyek sehingga minta diadili dan ditangkap.

“Telah kita laporkan, dengan STTLP Nomor : STTLP / 939 / XI / 2019 / SPKT,”terangnya kepada awak media.

“Dari orasi yang disampaikan Rubi merupakan bentuk tuduhan bukan lagi dugaan. Rubi langsung menuduh sehingga klien kami Direktur utama RS umum Dr Mohammad Hoesin, Dr Mohammad Syahril sudah dirusak kehormatan dan harga dirinya sehingga melapor ke polisi,”sambungnya menjelaskan.

Lebih lanjut, Edy menjelaskan perlu diketahui yang dituntut dalam demo AMSS ada pembangunan tahap tiga gedung delapan dan belum dilakukan pembayaran satu rupiah pun kepada kontraktor.

“Jadi kontraktor yang mengerjakan proyek tidak meminta DP, mereka sudah mengerjakan, membeli lift dan eskalator. Jadi kalau semua proses sudah berjalan sesuai dengan mestinya setelah dilakukan audit oleh pengawas jika sudah memenuhi standar baru proses pembayaran dilakukan,”jelasnya.

Sementara, Kabid Humas Polda Sumsel Kombes Pol Supriadi membenarkan adanya laporan dari tim advokasi direktur RS umum Dr Mohammad Hoesin Palembang yang melaporkan koordinator aksi demo dari AMSS terkait dugaan kasus korupsi pembangunan gedung baru RSUP Dr Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.

“Laporan terlapor sudah kami terima dan segera ditindaklanjuti oleh Ditreskrimum dengan melakukan penyelidikan terlebih dahulu,”terangnya.

Terpisah, Koordinator lapangan Aliansi Masyarakat Sumatera Selatan (AMSS), tidak mempermasalahkan laporan tersebut.

“Silakan itu hak mereka, tapi kami mempunyai bukti dan akan kita buka semuanya,”jelasnya.

Jika laporan mereka terkait ini itu terangnya, dari isi orasi dilapangan, artinya mereka melakukan pembukaman dari aktitivis.

“Aktivis Sumatera Selatan telah melakukan rapat, dan akan kami lawan itu,”tandasnya.(gS3)
