GoSumsel – Warga Penungkal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) yang tergabung dalam Forum Masyarakat Peduli (FMP), LSM dan Ormas PALI, Selasa (3/12) melaporkan LSM dan dua media online ke Polda Sumsel.
Laporan tersebut dikarenakan, FMP PALI tdak terima pimpinan daerah mereka, Bupati Kabupaten Pali Heri Amalindo sudah di fitnah, oleh Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) melalui pemberitaan di dua media online.
Salah satu perwakilan Forum Masyarakat Peduli PALI Heru, mengatakan fltnah yang dialamatkan kepada Bupati Pali Heri Amalindo oleh LSM tersebut melalui pemberitaan dua media online yang isinya menuding Bupati Pali telah melakukan korupsi ratusan miliar di tahun 2015 serta menyebut Bupati Pali
bertangan besi.
“Kami berkesimpulan apa yang diungkapkan LSM tersebut melalui pemberitaan yang mereka buat di dua media online sudah mencemarkan nama baik Bupati Pali,”jelasnya.
Selama Kepemimpinan memimpin Kabupaten Pali Heri Amalindo menurutnya, sudah berjalan dengan baik. Sehingga apa yang dilakukan LSM tersebut membuat masyarakat kecewa.
Apalagi lanjutnya, sebelum menerbitkan pemberitaan fltnah tersebut sama sekali tidak ada konflrmasi dari Pemerintah PALI sama sekali.
“Fitnah yang mereka alamatkan kepada Bupati Pali yang telah korupsi ratusan miliar kami tidak terima, bahkan didalam pemberitaan LSM tersebut juga menyebut Bupati Pali telah kongkali kong dengan Kejaksaan, kepolisian dan penegak hukum di Kabupaten Pali jelas kami tidak terima,”bebernya.
Sementara, Kuasa hukum Pemkab PALI Firdaus Hasbullah SH MH mengungkapkan terkait pemberitaan menyudutkan oleh dua media online pihaknya sudah berupaya untuk meminta hak jawab dari dua media tersebut.
Namun, belum ada tanggapan dari dua media yang telah menuduh Bupati PALI bersama Kejaksaan dan Kepolisian melakukan korupsi.
“Surat untuk meminta hakjawab ke dua media online tersebut, dan juga sudah kami Iayangkan ke dewan pers. Jika nantinya dewan pers memutuskan dua media tersebut telah melanggar kode etik, kami baru akan melakukan upaya hukum pidana dengan melaporkan dua media tersebut,”ungkapnya.(gS3)
