Kuryana Azis Membuka langsung Launching Aplikasi e-PTSP dan OSS Pelayanan Perizinan Non Perizinan Kab OKU Bertempat di Ruang Abdi Praja Pemkab OKU, Kamis (12/12).
Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal PTSP Kab OKU Hakim Makmun, SH., terus berupaya memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat soal perizinan, salah satunya dengan melaunching aplikasi Online Single Submission (OSS).
“Aplikasi OSS ini hadir untuk memudahkan perizinan berusaha di semua Kementerian, Lembaga dan Pemda di seluruh Indonesia, yang selama ini dilakukan melalui Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP). Selain melalui PTSP, masyarakat dapat mengakses sistem OSS dalam jaringan (online) dimanapun, dan kapanpun,”jelasnya
Dengan adanya aplikasi OSS ini, seluruh pelaku usaha khususnya diluar Kab OKU dapat mengurus surat izin usaha melalui aplikasi OSS tidak harus datang ke dinas Penanaman Modal PTSP.
Sementara ituKasubbid Direktorat Pengendalian BKPM RI wilayah Sumatera, Ady Sugiharto, M.H.,menjelaskan, dalam pelaksanaannya OSS diatur dalam PP nomor 24 tahun 2018, merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam menyederhanakan perizinan berusaha dalam menciptakan model pelayanan perizinan terintegrasi yang cepat, murah, serta memberi kepastian.
“Dengan sistem OSS, izin usaha akan didapat oleh pelaku usaha dalam waktu kurang dari satu jam,”terangnya
Bupati OKU Drs. H. Kuryana Azis mengapresiasi terselenggaranya kegiatan ini, dalam rangka untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang good governance, melalui peningkatan pelayanan publik di Kab OKU.
Perkembangan teknologi informasi sekarang ini semakin pesat, kita tidak boleh tertinggal, untuk itu saya mengapresiasi langkah dinas Penanaman Modal PTSP, yang telah menerapkan sistem perizinan berusaha terintegrasi secara elektronik.
Bupati mengatakan dibalik keunggulan informasi, tidak terlepas dari SDM, “oleh karena itu saya minta pelaksanaan sistem ini juga diikuti dengan peningkatan kualitas dan kapasitas SDM kita agar lebih tanggap, lebih responsif,”ucap Bupati
