GoSumsel – Gubernur Sumsel H.Herman Deru diwakili Wakil Gubernur Sumsel H.Mawardi Yahya menghadiri Rapat Paripurna XIII (13) DPRD Provinsi Sumsel via video conference dengan agenda Penyampaian Rekomendasi DPRD Provinsi Sumsel kepada Gubernur Sumsel terhadap LKPJ Gubernur Sumsel TA 2019, dari Command Centre, Senin (18/5) pagi. Rapat tersebut dipimpin langsung Ketua DPRD Provinsi Sumsel R.A Anita Noeringhati.
Setelah mengkaji dan menganalisis LKPJ Gubernur Sumsel Tahun Anggaran 2019, secara umum DPRD Provinsi Sumsel menyetujui laporan LKPJ Tahun Anggaran 2019 tersebut. Hal itu ditegaskan langsung oleh pelapor Tim Perumus Rekomendasi DPRD Provinsi Sumsel DR. Ir Syamsul Bahri MM.
“Dengan mengucapkan Bismillahirrohmanirrohim secara umjm DPRD Provinsi Sumsel menerima dan menyetujui laporan LKPJ TA 2019. Dan kami berterimakasih kepada Gubernur Sumsel beserta jajaran atas kerjasamanya selama pembahasan LKPJ ini,” ucap Syamsul.
Dalam keterangannya, Syamsul menjelaskan setelah mencermati hasil penelitian dan pembahasan Pansus-pansus DPRD Provinsi Sumsek dengan mitra kerja terhadap LKPJ Gubernur Sumsel TA 201i, tim Perumus Rekomendasi DPRD Provinsi Sunsek berkesimpulan membuat Rekomendasi Umum dan Rekomendasi Khusus.
Beberapa rekomendasi DPRD Sumsel terhadap laporan keterangan pertanggung jawaban (LKPJ) Gubernur Sumsel TA 2019 tersebut di antaranya yakni
Rekomendasi Umum Pansus I Bidang Pemerintahan, terkait data, dokumen yang berkaitan dengan seluruh aset mikik Pemprov Sumsel terutama yang berada di OPD, kiranya Gubernur Sumsel dapat memerintahkan masing-masing OPD untuk menyerahkan daftar rincian aset yang berada dalam penggunaan OPD Kepada BPKAD dan Satpol PP untuk penataushaan dan pengamanan aset tersebut dan diberikan waktu paling lambat bulan September tahun 2020.
Kemudian Pansus II terhadap pembubafan koperasi-koperasi di kab/kota yang aktif yang menyebabkan koperasi aktif di Sumsel tidak tercapai target. Untuk itu perlu dukungan dan penguatan program untuk menumbuhkan koperasi baru dan perlu menggunakan strategi dalam mendorong pertumbjhan wirausaha baru serta penggubaan teknologi sebagai akses pemasaran.
Pansus III bidang keuangan, dalam rangka optimalisasi pendapatan daerah, serta terhadap kinerja Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Dserah disarankan untuk lebih mengoptimalkan penggunaan anggaran dan lebih meningkatkan koordinasi baik internal maupun antar OPD sehingga output kinerja dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dapat lebih ditingkatkan.
Kemudian Pansus IV bidang pembangunan terhadap beberapa OPD yang merealisasikan belanja melampui anggaran yang ditetapkan dalam APBD karena dibayar melebibi batas waktu tahun anggaran direkomendssi agar memperingatkan kepada OPD yang bersangkutan agar kedepan tidak terulang lagi.
Selanjutnya Pansus V bidang kesejahteraan merekomendasikan agar Kepala Dinas K6esehatan Provinsi Sumsel agar memperhatikan kelangsungan dari Rumah Sakit Paru khususnya untuk peralatan kesehatan sebab keberadaan Rumah Sakit Paru sangat penting bagi masyarakat Sumsel. Di smaping itu perekrutan trnaga kerja untuk RS Provinsi dapat diserahkan kepada pihak ketiga agar betul2 menghasilkan tenaga kerja profesional demi kelangsungab RS Provinsi yang berkuakitas dengan baik.
Sementara itu mereka juga lanjuta Syamsuk memberikan beberapa rekomendasi khusus di antaranya agar setiap OPD perlu melakuka n peningkatan kinerja dengan koordinasi antar instansi yang lebih baik serta melakukan inovasi dalam pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi sehari-hari untuk segera disikapi terhadap peningkatan kualitas SDM dan disiplin aparatur serta pemnerdayaan untuk.melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya.
Sementara itu Wakil Gubernur Sumsel H.Mawardi Yahya mewakili Gubernur Sumsel menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih atas laporan pembahasan dan penelitian yang telah disampaikan Pansus-Pansus DPRD Provinsi Sumsel dalam Rapat Paripurna XIII (13) pada Laporan Hasil Pembahasan dan Penelitian Pansus-Pansus terhadap LKPJ Gubernur Sumsel Tahun Anggaran 2019.
“Pada pembahasan dan penelitian melalui rapat Pansus-Pansus DPRD Provinsi Sumsel telah banyak masukan yang kami terima terhadap pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan serta kinerja SKPD yang pada akhirnt telah diperoleh catatan-catatan kinerja di bidang pemerintahan, perekonomian dan keuangan bidang pembangunan dan Bidang Kesejahteraan Rakyat,” jelasnya.
Terhadap keberhasilan program dan lkegiatan gang telah dicapai dengan baik di bidang pembangunan disampaikan pada laporan pembahasan dan penelitia Pansus-Pansus DPRD Provinsi Sumsel, Mawardi mengaku sangat mengapresiasi gang setingginya dan lebih ditingkatkan kedepan.

When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment. Is there a way you can remove me from that service? Many thanks.
