GoSumsel – Tahun ini menjadi target Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Palembang melalui Dinas Pekerjaa Umum Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Kota Palembang, untuk memperbaiki seluruh jalan kota untuk diperbaiki.
Wakil Walikota Palembang Fitrianti Agustinda mengatakan, saat ini pun pihaknya diminta langsung Gubernur Sumsel Herman Deru agar Pemkot Palembang menginventarisir jumlah jalan yang masuk dalam wilayah kota, provinsi hingga jalan milik negara.
“Sebelumnya target kita pada 2020 jalan di Palembang mulus semua, karena ada permintaan pak gubernur kita kejar selesai 2019 ini,” kata Fitri disela sela meninjau perbaikan jalan Lettu Karim Kadir Kecamatan Gandus Palembang.
Dikatakan Fitri, tidak hanya memberikan instruksi, Herman Deru juga memberikan bantuan langsung untuk perbaikan tersebut senilai Rp 86 miliar.
Untuk perbaikan jalan Gandus sendiri, kata Fitri lagi, sebelum melakukan pengerasan aspal, terlebih dahulu untuk dilakukan pembanguna drainase, sepanjang 500 meter.
“Sedangkan jalan sendiri dilakukan pembangunan sepanjang 2,5 kilometer dengan menelan anggaran mencapai Rp 12,5 miliar, termasuk pembangunan drainasenya,” ungkapnya.
Untungnya kata Fitri, Pemkot Palembang kini telah memiliki pabrik aspa sendiri, artinya dapat mengurangi besaran biaya untuk perbaikan jalan nantinya,dan tahun ini pihaknya menggelontorkan dana sebesar Rp 290 miliar untuk perbaikan jalan dan pembangunan drainase.
“Masih membutuhkan dana sebesar Rp 350 miliar lagi untuk perbaikan seluruh jalan yang ada di kota Palembang.Kedepan pihaknya akan mengoperasionalkan pabrik pembuatan aspal milik Pemkot Palembang di Alang Alang Lebar, untuk perbaikan jalan nantinya,” katanya kepada awak media, Selasa (16/7).
Dijelaskannya, satu hari pabrik aspal tersebut mampu memproduksi aspal sebanyak 500 ton per hari, dimana untuk ketebalan 5 centimeter dengan aspal 1 ton bisa menghasilkan 10 meter jalan.
“Kedepan perawatan jalan kita bikin sendiri aspalnya, sehingga begitu melihat jalan rusak langsung kita perbaiki,” kata dia.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas PUPR Bastari mengatakan, Kota Palembang memiliki sebanyak 1200 ruas jalan. Dimana sebanyak 228 ruas jalan akan diperbaiki tahun ini.
Total ada 228 ruas Jalan yang dilakukan tahun 2019 ini dengan nilai dana Rp. 290 M yakni peningkatan konstruksi (Cor Beton-Aspal) dan pemeliharaan Konstruksi (Pengaspalan), drainase jalan dan jembatan.(gS/riil)
