GoSumsel – Satreskrim Polrestabes Palembang, Minggu (16/8) mengamankan ND (39)seorang ibu rumah tangga (IRT) yang tinggal di Rumah Susun Kelurahan 26 Ilir, Kecamatan Ilir Barat I, dalam kasus Human Traffiking dengan menjual anak perempuan yang masih dibawah umur kepada pria hidung belang.
Kepada awak media, Selasa (18/8) Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Palembang Kompol Nuryono melalui melalui Kasubnit PPA, Ipda Fifin Sumailan mengatakan penangkapan tersangka berawal dari informasi masyarakat adanya aktivitas seksual ilegal yang sering terjadi di Rumah Susun Kelurahan 26 Ilir.
“Berbekal informasi inilah, kita anggota PPA Satreskrim Polrestabes Palembang, langsung melakukan penyelidikan,” ucap Kasat Reskrim, AKBP Nuryono, melalui Kasubnit PPA, Ipda Fifin Sumailan.
Sewaktu penggerebekan di lokasi salah satu blok dirumah susun jelasnya, petugas menemukan tersangka, bersama dua orang perempuan di bawah umur, masing-masing berusia 15 dan 16 tahun.
“Usai kami amankan dan diinterogasi, yang bersangkutan (tersangka-red) mengakui perbuatannya, yang sudah menjual anak perempuan dibawah umur,” jelas Ipda Fifin.
Masih dikatakan Ipda Fifin, Sementara untuk kedua korban perdagangan anak dibawah umur tersebut telah dikembalikan ke pihak keluarganya.
“Atas ulahnya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 9, 10, 11 dan 12 Undang Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2007 dan atau Pasal 296 KUHP tentang perlindungan anak dengan ancaman pidana penjara maksimal 15 tahun,” ujarnya.
Dihadapan petugas, tersangka ND mengatakan dirinya sudah dua bulan menjadi muncikari, dan meraup keuntungan dari hasil menjual perempuan sebesar Rp 100 ribu, untuk sekali kencan.
“Sekali kencan tarifnya sebesar Rp 250 ribu kepada pelanggan, Rp 150 ribu untuk korban, Rp 100 ribu untuk saya, dan itu sudah termasuk biaya kamar, karena itu adalah kontrakan saya sendiri, yang saya sekat-sekat untuk praktik kencan. Kedua korban yang menawarkan diri, saya tidak pernah memaksa,”tandasnya(gS3)
