GoSumsel – Sebanyak 13 orang Kepala Sekretariat (Kasek), Panitia Pengawas Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPPK) se-Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) resmi dilantik dan diambil sumpah oleh Koordinator Sekretariat Bawaslu OKU, Joinaidi.
Kegiatan dipusatkan di aula Hotel BIL Baturaja, Selasa (14/1). Pantauan dilapangan. Usai dilantik dan diambil sumpah dilakukan Bimbingan Teknis Penguatan Kapasitas Kesekretariatan Pada Pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kab OKU Tahun 2020.
Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh, Ketua Bawaslu OKU, Dewantara Jaya, Anggota Bawaslu, Koordiv Pengawasan, Hubal dan Humas, Yeyen Andrizal. Anggota Bawaslu, Kordiv HPP, Anggi Yumarta. Ketua KPU OKU, Naning Wijaya. Pengukuh sumpah dari Kantor Kementerian Agama Kab OKU dan tamu undangan lainnya.
Dalam sambutannya, Ketua Bawaslu OKU, Dewantara Jaya, mengucapkan selamat kepada Kasek se-Kabupaten OKU yang dilantik dan diambil sumpah. Sebelum dilantik dan diambil sumpah pastinya kata Dewantara, sudah melalui proses panjang.
Nama-nama Kasek Panwas Kecamatan yang dilantik dan diambil sumpah hari ini, merupakan hasil pleno Ketua dan Anggota Panwas Kecamatan. Dua nama diajukan ke Koordinator Bawaslu OKU, selanjutnya ditetapkan satu nama untuk menduduki jabatan Kasek Kecamatan.
“Prosesnya berjenjang. Bahkan karena berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), Kasek Kecamatan harus melengkapi syarat administrasi misalnya seperti izin dari atasan. Alhamdulillah semua proses ini sudah dipenuhi sehingga dilantik dan diambil sumpah pada hari ini,” ujar Dewantara.
Ia mengucapkan kepada yang baru dilantik selamat datang dan bergabung dengan keluarga besar Bawaslu. Dewantara berpesan, agar ke depan untuk membiasakan berkoordinasi. Jaga kekompakan bersama Anggota Panwas Kecamatan.
“Kita biasakan berkoordinasi. Silang pendapat itu biasa, untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang baik. Ada waktu selama 11 bulan untuk kita terus melakukan koordinasi dan silahturahmi. Bahkan setelahnya juga diharapkan terus menjalin silahturahmi,” ucapnya.
Dalam waktu dekat ada dua agenda yang akan dilakukan dalam hal pengawasan pada tahapan proses Pilkada OKU tahun 2020. Antara lain, yang sudah di depan mata yakni Pengawasan Rekrutmen Pembentukan PPK dan PPS yang dilakukan oleh KPU dan Pengawasan calon Perorangan.
Sementara itu Kordiv HPP, Anggi Yumarta dalam sambutannya mengucapkan selamat bergabung dengan keluarga besar Bawaslu. Nama-nama yang dilantik dan diambil sumpah ini sudah sesuai dengan hasil pleno Ketua dan Anggota Panwas Kecamatan.
“Saya mengingatkan terus jalin kerjasama dan kekompakan. Selamat berkerja, dan bekerjalah sesuai tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing masing-masing,” ujarnya.
Pada kesempatan sama Kordiv Pengawasan, Hubal dan Humas, Yeyen Andrizal megatakan dengan dilantik dan diambilnya sumpah Kasek Panwas Kecamatan ini, artinya struktur organisasi ditingkat kecamatan sudah lengkap. Tidak ada lagi alasan roda organisasi tidak berjalan.“Tidak ada alasan untuk itu,” katanya.
Ia juga mengingatkan agar Kasek Panwas Kecamatan dan Anggota Panwas Kecamatan menjaga solidaritas dan silahturahmi. Laksanakan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing.
“Saya ingatkan, tugas kesekretariatan salah satunya untuk memfasilitasi, tugas pengawasan pada proses penyelenggaraan Pilkada Bupati dan Wakil Bupati OKU tahun 2020,” pesanya.(Syah)
